Terms and Conditions for Bookings

Following a confirmation email, a "CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT" is required
(30% of the total stay) to be paid via bank transfer, with the relevant ATTACHMENT/CRO of the payment sent via email.

After receiving the deposit payment with the attachment, the reservation will be definitively confirmed.

Early Departure:
In the event of early departure, the entire deposit will be retained and payment for the entire stay will be required. booked.

The Confirmation Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE DURING HIGH SEASON.

During other periods, the deposit is valid for one MONTH, at the discretion of the property and only if the apartment can be re-rented with sufficient advance notice.
